Dear Valued Patients,
It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter to share some important news with you. After much thought and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to step away from my dental practice. Serving as your dentist has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and I am deeply grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me over the years.
While it is not easy to say goodbye, I take great comfort in knowing that you will be in excellent hands moving forward. I am pleased to introduce Dr. Ben Caple, who will be taking over my practice. Dr. Caple is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist who shares my commitment to providing high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. I have every confidence that Dr. Caple will continue to uphold the standard of excellence that you have come to expect.
Dr. Caple comes to our practice with a wealth of experience and a deep passion for patient care. Growing up in Kings Mountain as part of a proud military family, he was inspired by his father’s service and chose to follow in his footsteps by enlisting in the Army at just 17. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2007 and is a combat veteran who served in Iraq, spending six total years in the Army. After his service, he graduated from UNC Chapel Hill Dental School and moved back to Shelby, where he lives with his girlfriend, April, and his twin children, Atlas and Ellie. Dr. Caple is a firm believer in continuing education and lifelong learning, with a strong passion for technology. He has completed training in comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry from the world-renowned Kois Center in Seattle, Washington, as well as an implant continuum and a Master of 3D Printing course. His passion lies in patient care and using technology to improve oral health outcomes. I am confident that you will find him to be not only a skilled clinician but also a kind and attentive professional who truly cares about your oral health and overall well-being.
Though I will miss seeing each of you regularly, I leave knowing that you will continue to receive exceptional care. The same familiar team will remain in place, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in the service you receive.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your lives and for the wonderful memories I will carry with me. I sincerely appreciate your support and friendship over the years.
