We see patients of all ages, starting at age 3, so the whole family can come to one office.
Before Your Visit
Before your first appointment, please call or text our office at (704) 434-4876 and our team will help you with all of your new patient paperwork.
What to Bring
- Any paperwork our office has given you
- A photo ID
- Your dental insurance card, if you have one
- A list of any medications you take
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you checked in.
Your First Visit
- Check in. Our friendly team will welcome you and review your forms.
- Digital x-rays. Quick, comfortable, and lower radiation than traditional film.
- Exam with Dr. Caple. A thorough look at your teeth and gums, and a chance to talk about any concerns or goals you have.
- Your plan. We’ll explain what we found and walk you through your options and costs before any treatment begins. If time allows, we’ll do your cleaning that same day. If not, we’ll schedule it for a follow-up visit.
Insurance & Payment
We accept most dental insurance plans and will file your claims for you. We also offer CareCredit, Cherry financing, and our In-Office Membership Plan. See all payment options →
